Canceling an Order - If you wish to cancel an order, call Jesco Office Products immediately at 1.800.862.0176. A office products customer service representative will be happy to assist you. Since most orders are transmitted to our delivery centers and distributors immediately upon submission, it may not be possible to cancel your order. If this is the case, you can simply refuse delivery when the order arrives and call 1.800.862.0176 for a refund or to return the item. For our Return Policy, please read below.

Return Policy - If you are not satisfied with your Jesco Office Products purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) with your original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace the item, or return your money. Electronics items, digital cameras, computers, PDA’s and business machines must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Jesco Office Products will not accept returns of opened computers, PDA’s, digital cameras or software packages unless defective. Software and digital cameras that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only.
